Brad Paisley Waxes Poetic About Corvettes on “Americarna”

Brad Paisley is apparently a bit of a gearhead in addition to being an unabashed techhead. The country star recently visited with Velocity’s program Americarna to talk about a classic piece of American iconography, the Chevrolet Corvette. Brad touched on the striking evolution of the beloved sports car, as well as the design touches it has in common with his instrument of choice.

“It’s a lot like a guitar,” he told host Ray Evernham. “We talk about the love of these cars and guitars. There’s something about the styling of a guitar, with the accent pieces and curves. They’re very similar.”

In music news, Brad will debut his new single, “River Bank,” on the ACM Awards, Sunday, April 6.
