Blake Shelton Takes on Jimmy Fallon in a “Random Object Football Toss”

Head-to-Head Battle Begs for a Rematch

Last night on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, Blake Shelton helped kick off the NFL season (starts tonight) with a gritty performance in the Random Object Football Toss.

The head-to-head competition, which pitted Jimmy against Blake, lived up to its namesake, as each man tried to throw a mannequin head, foot-long sub, pitcher of peanuts, eight-layer dip and a bullhorn through a cutout.

“This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever done in my life,” said Blake, before the competition got underway.

We believe him.

We won’t spoil the result, but Jimmy proved that he’s a much better comedian than athlete.
