One arrest has been made in the May 5 robbery of Scotty McCreery and his friends in Raleigh, N.C.

Mikkail Jamal Shaw, 19, turned himself in to police earlier this week and has been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery. Two other suspects were a part of the incident in which they took cellphones, wallets and electronics from Scotty and his friends at their apartment.

Following the robbery, Scotty posted online that it had been a “very scary night” but declined to share specifics. He also thanked the Raleigh Police Department “for their quick response and hard work in solving this case.”
