KENNY CHESNEY'S CURRENT HIT A PERSONAL ONE
Even though Kenny Chesney didn't write his Top Five song, "Anything But Mine," he says it's still close to his heart. "[It's] a very real song. When I was in college I went on Spring Break to Daytona Beach and I fell in love with this girl down there from the University of Georgia and I was in love for about a week. You know, I was in love for longer than that-that was as long as it lasted! And this song is a very real song about meeting somebody at the beach and it being a summer romance and feeling everything you felt but having to let it go really quick. As quick as it came you gotta let it go that quick also. And I love that line in the song you know, 'We danced and I told her I loved her and we both laughed 'cause we knew it wasn't true.' I think it's everything love in a moment can be, that's why I love that song."
