A Restless Heart Christmas by Restless Heart

A choir of heaven’s angels are about the only thing that could compare to the sound of Restless Heart’s incredible harmonies in this 10-song collection of Christmas tunes.

A nice mix of classics and contemporary, each song could be a mainstay in your holiday soundtrack.

A bouncy new song, “Season of Harmony,” is perfect for trimming the tree, while “Tennessee Christmas” is a must-have for snuggling and watching snowflakes fall. But it’s the band’s effortless vocals that are the real gift. While many present the traditional “O Holy Night” with great theatrics, lead singer Larry Stewart is as recognizable and authentic as if he were singing “The Bluest Eyes in Texas.”

The entire album is easy to listen to front to back, but it’s the back end that has the most compelling moments, especially “Santa’s Prayer”—in which the Jolly Old Elf recognizes the reason for the season.
