The real-life story of how Lorrie Morgan and Sammy Kershaw found one another could be a country song, a tale of star-crossed lovers whose long and winding road to togetherness took 20 years to arrive at its destination. It would be a shame, however, if the couple's pulpy romance overshadowed this CD, their first pairing on a full length album.
