A Dyin' Breed (Wonderment)

Royal Wade Kimes is proud to call himself a "singing cowboy" - and it's an apt description based on the dozen self-penned songs on his third CD.
He evokes the magic of the Old West on "A Dyin' Breed," "Where Have All the Cowboys Gone" and "Good Guys," a nostalgic tribute to childhood heroes Roy Rogers and the Lone Ranger. Old pal Garth Brooks shares vocals on the elegant "Night Birds."
But Wade doesn't need superstar help to make a stand. His smooth-as-honey baritone proves perfect for riding this musical range on its own.
