The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville will open its Taylor Swift Education Center on Saturday (Oct. 12).
Taylor made it happen when she gave $4 million to the museum, the largest single donation from an artist ever, The Tennessean reports . The newspaper says the center was originally set to open next year, but the museum got it done ahead of schedule.
The two-story center has three classrooms, a “learning lab” and a children’s exhibit gallery, which opens next year.
Taylor will be on hand for the grand opening, which will be the start of a busy weekend in Nashville for T-Swizzle. She's also set to get songwriter/artist of the year from the Nashville Songwriters Association International—for the sixth time—on Sunday night (Oct. 13).
