Luke Bryan held on to the top spot on the all-genre Billboard 200 album chart for a second week with Crash My Party.
Yes, sales fell off about 70 percent from its debut week last week, but Luke still sold 159,000 copies in the second week, Billboard reports .
And that was good enough to outsell pop star John Mayer in the debut week of his new album, Paradise Valley, which sold 144,000, Billboard reports.
Luke has only the sixth album with multiple weeks on top of the chart this year. Another was Taylor Swift's Red, which actually was released last year but still had multiple No. 1 weeks this year.
The last male solo act with a country album atop the Billboard 200 was actually a pop star, Lionel Richie, who pulled that off a little more than a year ago with two No. 1 weeks with Tuskegee. You might remember that album featured a whole bunch of country stars doing duets with Lionel.
