Jason Aldean has performed in front of crowds countless times. And he loves it.
But tonight (Nov. 1) will be a little bit different. There's just something about the Country Music Association Awards.
"The only time that I'm ever nervous onstage is when we're doing live TV. Especially an award show, just because I know that you can't fix it," Jason told reporters recently.
"You know, if I screw up and we're taping something, I know I can go back and do it again and get it done. When you're doing something on live TV, I mean, one screw-up, it's there. There ain't no fixing it."
And the CMA Awards have an added sense of pressure: all of the famous faces sitting in the audience.
"For me, a lot of times, it's looking out and seeing the George Straits of the world sitting there in the front row looking at you," he said. "That's a little intimidating for me."
