Garth Brooks recently added another cool $2 million-plus to his bank account—and not through making music. Garth recently sold 142 acres of undeveloped land he owned in Edmond, Okla., for $2.7 million.
According to newsok.com , Garth purchased the land in 1992 with his first wife, Sandy, and retained the land when the couple divorced in 2001.
According to Oklahoma developer Jade Noles, plans are to turn the property into a residential community named Rush Brook. Jade calls the property one of the "last great pieces of land left in Edmond."
