OK, you've probably already heard Taylor Swift and folk duo The Civil Wars sing "Safe & Sound" from the upcoming soundtrack album for The Hunger Games.
Now, the entire album track list is out, and there's even more country sounds a-comin'.
And that's no surprise, since famous roots-music producer T Bone Burnett—who did the O Brother, Where Art Thou? soundtrack and the Alison Krauss/Robert Plant collaboration Raising Sand—is putting together The Hunger Games soundtrack album.
Miranda and her new group, Pistol Annies, have a new song called "Run Daddy Run." In addition to "Safe & Sound," Taylor Swift has a second cut called "Eyes Wide Open."
And Burnett also included longtime alt-country artist Neko Case, who earned a lifetime ban from the Grand Ole Opry after she took off her shirt in 2002 during a performance on the Opry House plaza.
Also on the album is new country duo Secret Sisters, on New York-based pop label Universal Republic, which also happens to be home to The Band Perry.
The soundtrack is slated for a March 20 release, and the movie is set to come out March 23.
