Taylor Swift has had a heckuva year, and a financially rewarding one as well, according to Forbes magazine.
Taylor finished second—with $45 million earned—on the magazines's list of Top-Earning Women in Music for 2011 . That was enough to squeak ahead of her pop pal Katy Perry, who finished third with $44 million.
They both got trounced by list leader Lady Gaga, who earned more than $90 million this year, the magazine reports.
Also finishing in the top 10: Carrie Underwood, with $20 million.
