The Band Perry's Kimberly and her brothers, Neil and Reid, decided to go see for themselves what the storms did in their adopted hometown of Greeneville, Tenn.
The Band Perry spent Monday speaking to victims, thanking first responders and volunteers and seeing the damage first hand.
“Nothing is more important to us than family, community and service to others,” Kimberly said in a statement.
“We have been anxious to visit our neighbors and help as much as we can," she continued. "We hope that we helped to raise awareness of the needs in the area and we're very happy that we could publicly thank and acknowledge the tireless efforts of all the local disaster relief workers.”
The Perrys are originally from Mobile, Ala., but have lived in Tennessee for a number of years.
