Dierks Bentley is certainly no stranger to bluegrass music, having kicked around the bluegrass scene in Nashville for several years before hitting it big in country music. He has recorded a bluegrass-sounding song on each of his albums, and he is even rumored to be have a bluegrass album coming out sometime this year.
Dierks recently joined IBMA award-winning group The Infamous Stringdusters during their show at the Station Inn in Nashville on Wednesday, Jan. 20. Dierks is featured on the group's upcoming album, Things That Fly, on a song called "17 Cents," which he sang that night. Dierks also offered grassier versions of "Lot of Leavin' Left To Do" and "Free and Easy."
The Infamous Stringdusters had plenty of stellar musicianship of their own, with songs like the bluesy "Fork In The Road" and "Well, Well."
