Songwriter Hank Cochran, the man behind the hit songs "Make the World Go Away," "I Fall To Pieces," "She's Got You" and "The Chair," underwent emergency surgery on Wednesday, March 23, after doctors discovered an aortic aneurysm the size of a grapefruit.
The 74-year-old songwriter was rushed to the hospital where the aneurysm was repaired before it burst. According to his wife Suzi, Hank is "a bit tired," but in good spirits.
