Since launching May 10, Zac Brown Band's Letters for Lyrics campaign, which the group has promoted at many of its recent concerts as a means to support soldiers overseas, has collected more than 327,000 letters.
The campaign invites people to write a letter to a soldier, and in return, the letter writer receives a limited-edition album, Breaking Southern Ground, from Zac and his band mates. The group, with more than 327,000 letters collected, is a third of the way to its goal of 1 million letters.
To boost response, the group is taking the campaign online for fans who can't make it to a concert. To support Letters for Lyrics and receive a free album, go to ramtrucks.com/en/letters_for_lyrics/ .
