The Grand Ole Opry will move back into the Opry House tomorrow night (Sept. 28), almost exactly five months after Nashville floodwaters nearly destroyed it.
Keith Urban, Brad Paisley, Martina McBride, Dierks Bentley, the Charlie Daniels Band and Jason Aldean will be among the artists who are set to play the sold-out three-hour show.
GAC will televise the last two hours, starting at 9 p.m. ET.
“This lineup we have on the 28th will probably go down in history as one of the greatest . . . in the Opry’s history,” Grand Ole Opry vice president and general manager Pete Fisher told The Tennessean.
“But I have to say I’ve found this to be one of the easiest shows to book. It’s just another example of how artists give back to the community and the Opry as a whole.”
