Mel Tillis Receives National Medal of Arts
Mel Tillis was awarded a National Medal of Arts from President Barack Obama. Mel received the honor in the East Wing of the White House and joined fellow honorees, who included actor Al Pacino, artist Will Barnet and author/poet Rita Dove.
