The 56th Annual BMI Country Awards celebrated the year's top artists and songwriters at a gala reception in Nashville, Nov. 11. Taylor Swift won Song of the Year for  her single, "Teardrops on My Guitar," from her smash debut album. Hank Williams Jr. was honored as a BMI Icon for his overall body of work. Among the elite in attendance were Keith Urban and wife Nicole Kidman, Carrie Underwood, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill and many others.
