Little Big Town Harmonize to Fight Hunger

The first time Little Big Town performed the song “Here’s Hope”, was earlier this year during the Academy of Country Music Awards Lifting Lives segment in front of thousands of fans and millions of television viewers. The second time they performed the heartwarming anthem, it was in an ordinary school library in front of not much more than a stack of books.

What’s in Miranda’s Purse?

Miranda Lambert, who just scored a No. 1 album with her girl group Pistol Annies and who nabbed two CMA Award nominations, for Female Vocalist of the Year and Musical Event of the Year, is certainly a woman on the go. Like any jet-setting superstar, Miranda always carries her go-to essentials. Here are some of Miranda’s favorite things:

Martina to Help Opry Go Pink to Fight Breast Cancer

Martina McBride will flip a giant switch Oct. 22 to turn the Grand Ole Opry barn backdrop pink to kick off the third annual "Opry Goes Pink" show. Carrie Underwood was the first to do so, and Martina's appearance is especially appropriate because of her new single, "I'm Gonna Love You Through It," which offers hope to those affected by cancer.

Martina will be joined by Lauren Alaina, Edens Edge, Kellie Pickler, Ronnie Milsap and others for the show that night.

Move Over, Rachael Ray: Zac to Be TV Chef?

Did ya know the Zac Brown Band is famous for its pre-show "eat-and-greets" for fan club members?

And it's serious stuff, more than chicken-fried: Fans are treated to lots of gourmet Southern cooking.

"This isn't just a chance for somebody to come eat a bag of nachos and some [Cheez Whiz] at a concert," Zac tells the Associated Press.

Now, Zac is talking about taking those skills to the small screen, creating his own cooking show. (Will he wear a beard net?)

Blake Talks Stardom and “Footloose”

It’s a little more difficult for Blake Shelton and wife Miranda Lambert to go out in public these days. But Blake’s not complaining.

“We definitely don’t go to places like we used to,” Blake said at a press conference prior to a party for his No. 1 single “Honey Bee.”
