November 12, 2012 – Reba: She’s Baaack!

Reba McEntire is returning to living rooms all across America with a new sitcom on ABC called Malibu Country.

It’s been five years since her popular Reba series ended, and the redheaded superstar shares that she was on the lookout for new projects. Nothing “tripped my trigger,” she tells Country Weekly, until Malibu Country, in which she plays a divorced singer from Nashville who relocates to California with her children.

“I loved it,” Reba says. “The mother part is the thing that sold me more than anything else.”

Reba also runs through a typical week of shooting and talks about the differences between her former sitcom and her new venture.
