May 5, 2014, NASH Magazine – Justin Moore: Emotional High

After years of chart success, hit albums and nationwide tours, Justin Moore finally achieved the one milestone that he had most desired: a major industry award. Justin was named New Artist of the Year at the recent Academy of Country Music Awards, and he reveals why the honor meant so much to him.

“I’ve been doing this for so long, and I've had a great run, but for whatever reason, the awards thing has always eluded us,” Justin tells NASH. “I kind of came to the realization that maybe this isn't going to happen.”

Also, in this week’s NASH Q&A, Vince Gill talks about being a grandfather, the last time he danced and his favorite ice cream flavor.

Plus, we’ll take you behind the scenes at Radio Row during the Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas
