Shania Twain talks about opening up her personal life, her new autobiography, future musical plans and more in this candid cover story. Through her book, From This Moment On, and her TV series on the Oprah Winfrey Network, Why Not? With Shania Twain, she feels that she is healing from the pain of her divorce from husband Robert John “Mutt” Lange. “That was the easiest way to express myself, to write my life out,” Shania says of the autobiography. Shania adds that she’s ready to tackle a new album. “I have been writing a lot of songs,” says Shania. “‘Today Is Your Day’ [her new single] is the first song that I completed and that I committed myself to finishing.”
