June 18, 2012 – Josh Turner

Josh Turner welcomed Country Weekly into a special spot at his Tennessee home, his writer’s cottage. Josh wrote most of the songs for his latest album, Punching Bag, at the cottage, which also contains music memorabilia, paintings and favorite photographs.

“I feel extremely comfortable in here,” Josh says. “If I look at one thing, it might spark a memory or an idea.”

Josh also talks about the stories behind some of the songs from Punching Bag.
