April 7, 2014, NASH Magazine – The Band Perry Family Tree

The Band Perry is combining their love of country with their rock ’n’ roll leanings on their latest single, the edgy “Chainsaw.” The siblings, Kimberly, Neil and Reid, talk about the single, their decision-making process and other lively subjects in the NASH cover story.

“We felt like it had all of those visual elements and musical elements,” says Kimberly about the decision to cut “Chainsaw” and release it as a single. “And in the current landscape of country music, it feels like a really timely moment for a song like that.”

Also, in this week’s NASH Q&A, you’ll enjoy a candid and down-home conversation with Justin Moore, who reveals what’s always in his fridge and the superpower he'd love to possess. Plus, get out and about with Taylor Swift, Thompson Square and many others in NASH On the Scene.
