April 1, 2013 – Alan Jackson: Precious Memories

Alan Jackson is revisiting his gospel roots and old-time favorites with his second album of traditional hymns, Precious Memories Volume II.

In this exclusive CW interview, Alan talks about this latest project, which features Alan's take on “Amazing Grace,” “Just as I Am” and others.

He also reveals that Sunday church wasn’t always on his priority list as a youngster in Georgia. “I didn’t really want to go,” Alan says, “but [my parents] made my sisters and I go every Sunday morning. Like any kid, I was just sitting there squirming, ready to get out.”
