Zac Brown Band Rocks Sold-Out Fenway Park

Proving that Boston Red Sox are not the only men with beards allowed on the hallowed grounds at Fenway Park, the now eight-men-strong Zac Brown Band recently played two sold-out shows at the ballpark Friday, June 27, and Saturday, June 28.

The country jam outfit’s ability to sell out a 70,000-plus crowd at Fenway now places them in elite musical territory, as Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band, The Police and The Rolling Stones are the only other bands to sell out two nights at Fenway without supporting acts.

In other ZBB news, the group is slated to play on NBC’s Fourth of July Spectacular today, which airs at 8 p.m. ET and also includes Miranda Lambert and Hunter Hayes, among others.
