Young Hockey Star Jeff Skinner Gives Taylor Swift the (Autographed) Shirt Off His Back

“Should we expect a new (heartbreak) album?” NHL commentator quips.

Is she pulling a Carrie Underwood?

A smiling Taylor Swift got an autographed jersey from a 21-year-old hockey player last week (Sept. 13) when her Red Tour visited Raleigh, N.C.

Jeff Skinner from the Carolina Hurricanes posted a pic of the exchange on his Twitter page, with the caption, “Growing the game.... One person at a time.”

Though there seems to be nothing romantic about the meeting, it seems Taylor's reputation with boys preceds her, even in the hockey world.

NHL commentator Dmitri Chesnokov posted, “Should we expect a new (heartbreak) album?”
