The Judd family might be in for an awkward holiday dinner following recent events.

Actress Ashley Judd filed a report with the Franklin, Tenn., police department asserting that her sister, singer Wynonna Judd, placed a GPS device on a Mini Cooper owned by Ashley, according to The Tennessean.

The incident was originally reported in early November, when Ashley's car was taken to a repair shop and a plastic box registered to a Nashville private investigator was found on the car. Police looked into the matter and Wynonna’s lawyer spoke with the investigator to confirm she authorized the purchase of the device. The dispute reportedly involves Wynonna’s daughter driving Ashley's car, and Wy trying to track her movements.

The case is currently considered inactive by Franklin Police and no charges have been filed.
