Wynonna and Mom: Together Again

Wynonna Judd announced on CBS-TV's The Early Show, Saturday, Feb. 6, that she will reunite with her mother, Naomi Judd, for a final The Judds tour in 2010.

No other details are available at this time, but look for further information on dates and cities soon. Wynonna joked on the program that her mom was "planning her wardrobe right now." The Judds were one of country's most popular acts of the 1980's, with No. 1 hits like "Mama He's Crazy," "Rockin' With the Rhythm of the Rain," "Young Love" and others. They won the 1984 CMA Horizon Award and four straight CMA Vocal Duo of the Year awards from 1988 to 1991. The duo disbanded in 1991 after Naomi was diagnosed with chronic hepatitis, but the two have performed together on occasion over the years, including the 2009 CMA Music Festival in Nashville.
