Worlds Collide! Luke Bryan Has Added Adele to His Shows

"It's kind of funny that in the home of the world's greatest musicians that I would play the piano," he says.

Some folks in Nashville got a surprise Friday (Feb. 24) when Luke Bryan sat at a piano and sang British pop star Adele's smash hit "Someone Like You."

"It's kind of funny that in the home of the world's greatest musicians," Luke told the crowd during a set opening for Jason Aldean, "that I would play the piano, 'cause I suck at the piano, alright?"

Then he launched into the Adele song. And that's because she just won all those Grammys earlier this month, right? Wrong.

Seems Luke has been covering that song—and turning it into a crowd singalong—for a couple of months in concert.

A few of those performances have popped up on the web, including these: on Feb. 4 in Illinois, on Jan. 29 at a Florida radio station party, on Feb. 3 in Arkansas.
