What If Keith AND Nicole Had Oscar Trophies at Home?
Several smaller awards events lead up to the annual Academy Awards, and Keith Urban just landed a nomination in one of them.
Keith is in the best song category at the Critics' Choice Movie Awards, for his end-credits song "For You" from Act of Valor.
So could this lead to an Oscar nomination for the country star?
"That'd be crazy," Keith told reporters.
But not that crazy.
"Yeah, we've been working towards that, so it would be a wonderful thing if we were to get nominated. Yeah, a huge honor."
Not to get ahead of ourselves here, but if Keith did get an Oscar statue, he could put it next to his wife's: Nicole Kidman was named Best Actress in 2003 for The Hours.
OK, we are getting a little ahead of ourselves. The Critics' Choice Movie Awards are Jan. 10. And first thing's first: What will Keith wear?
