WAL-MART OFFERS LEGAL DOWNLOADING

While some other stores and Internet music lovers are fighting in the courts over who owes how much for which tunes, Wal-Mart has found some middle ground by offering songs online for download with a subscription fee for the service. The site, http://musicdownloads.walmart.com/catalog/servlet/MainServlet, posts songs in five main categories, including "Hot Country."
