VINCE & AMY: IT'S A GIRL!
Just a year and two days after joining hands in marriage, country superstar Vince Gill and Christian singer Amy Grant welcomed into the world their first child.
The baby girl was born early Monday morning (March 12) in Nashville and weighed in at 7 pounds, 9 1/4 ounces. The baby's name has not yet been announced.
Although the new arrival is Vince and Amy's first child together, the little one joins a full line-up of half-brothers and sisters. Vince's daughter Jenny -- from his first marriage to Sweethearts of the Rodeo singer Janis Gill -- is 18; Amy has three children with former husband Gary Chapman: Matt, 13, Millie, 11 and Sarah, 8.

“I have watched the devastation in my home state of Oklahoma over the past several days with great sadness,” Carrie said.
“Hope he is the one Jesus comes back on,” heartbroken country star tweets.
“Country’s Night to Rock” airs on ABC, Aug. 12.
