Congrats to Dixie Chick Martie Maguire and her husband Gareth, who welcomed twin daughters last Tuesday in Texas. Eva Ruth, the oldest twin, was born at 8:05 a.m. and weighed 5 lbs. 13 oz. Three minutes later her sister, Kathleen Emilie, was born, weighing 6 lbs. 1 oz. Kathleen was named for Gareth's younger sister, who died in a car accident seven years ago.
