Yesterday morning Kenny Rogers announced that he and wife Wanda are expecting twins next July. "We've known for about three or four weeks, but I wasn't sure," Kenny reported. "I knew we were going to the doctor today, but I was shocked at the twins." Kenny added that initially, because he already had three grown children, he'd told Wanda he didn't want any more kids. "But then I realized that I was depriving her of her child-bearing years," says Kenny. "It just wasn't fair."
