Trisha Yearwood, husband Garth Brooks and Garth's three daughters get into the Halloween spirit on a new episode of Trisha's Food Network series, Trisha's Southern Kitchen, Saturday, Oct. 27, at 11 a.m. ET.

In the episode, titled “Trisha’s Tricks and Treats,” Garth’s daughters Allie and August arrive in full costume while Garth makes a cameo appearance to share Halloween memories from years past. Trisha, the girls and their friend Kim also prepare a traditional Halloween meal of candied apples, Trisha’s chicken tortilla soup and pumpkin roll.

Trisha recently started the second season of her Food Network show, which she landed partly because of the success of her first cookbook, Georgia Cooking in an Oklahoma Kitchen. She has also published a second cookbook, Home Cooking With Trisha Yearwood: Stories and Recipes to Share With Family and Friends.

“I had no idea that the first book would be so successful,” she said recently. “I wasn’t really interested [in the TV series] at first, but they said that I could do what I want. I'm really having fun.”
