Tracy Lawrence Charge Dismissed

Insufficient proof cited.

Tracy Lawrence will not be charged with a minor misdemeanor after being accused of disorderly conduct last month.

The charges were filed after a dispute between Tracy and a concert promoter at the Smokin’ Country Concert in Bloomville, Ohio, Aug. 6.

The argument stemmed from a delay in moving Tracy’s tour bus from a parking area after it became stuck in some mud. Tracy and the promoter, Elmer Cole Jr., got into a fight over the incident, although the fight was over by the time deputies arrived.

The case went to a municipal court in Tiffin, Ohio, but was dismissed because the charges could not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
