Trace Lands Acting Role
Trace Adkins will have a part in a new TV drama called Tough Trade, a Nashville-based series centering around the adventures of the Tucker family.
Trace will play a character named Scared, the tough bodyguard to the Tucker family who follows his own code of honor and is feared and respected throughout Nashville. Also in the cast are veteran actors Sam Shepard, Cary Elwes and Lucas Black. Shooting started last week in Nashville, and the show is scheduled to debut in 2010 on Epix, a new premium cable/video-on-demand/online venture.
