TRACE ADKINS' LUCK

Trace Adkins has survived many situations that could have been the end of him--being shot by his ex-wife, run over by a boulder, and surviving an oil-derrick explosion. Luckily he made it through it all.

When asked about his luck, Trace explains, "Some people say that I'm very lucky, I guess it just depends on your perspective. I don't consider myself very lucky. But I don't know, I always say I've had three or four legitimate near-death experiences in my life. And I'm not talking about driving down the interstate and a near miss where somebody almost runs over you. I'm talking about getting run over and those kinds of things. I think I've been pretty unlucky in a lot of things that have happened to me."
