Trace Adkins Gets Tough on “Celebrity Apprentice”

Looks like Trace Adkins won't be shy on the upcoming all-star season of Donald Trump's Celebrity Apprentice on NBC.

A teaser video features Trace making the following declarations:

  • “I’m gonna slap the [bleep] outta you,” he tells one contestant.
  • “You be nice to Marilu [Henner] or I'm gonna kill you,” he tells Stephen Baldwin.
  • “I’m getting a shock collar to put on Gary [Busey].”

Indeed, things get a little chippy from the start.

“You’re not going to be able to hold back,” Trace says. “You’re gonna have to come guns up right out of the chute.”

And the video shows that we'll see the wackier side of Trace as well: He's pictured in a caveman dress at one point, and an apron and huge Italian chef's hat in another shot.

Trace is competing for the American Red Cross in a season that launches Sunday (March 3).
