Trace Adkins will officially release his new single to radio on Aug. 4.

“Muddy Water” will appear on the singer’s upcoming album, his first of all new material since 2006’s Dangerous Man. The new CD, as yet untitled, is due in stores Nov. 25. “Muddy Water” was written by Monty Criswell and Rick Huckaby.
