Trace Adkins, “Celebrity Apprentice” Gentleman

Trace Adkins proved to be quite the gentleman on Sunday night's (April 21) episode of the all-star season of Celebrity Apprentice.

Trace ended up on the losing team on the challenge, but he had love for his project manager, Playboy Playmate Brande Roderick.

“Give her some money,” Trace barked at Donald Trump after Trump fired Brande.

“She raised a lot of money in the first task,” Trace noted, a task that ended up raising more than $600,000 for Trace’s designated charity, the American Red Cross.

Donald agreed, giving Brande $20,000 for her charity, Promises to Kids, which helps special needs children.

“I’m glad you said that, Trace,” Donald added.

Meanwhile, Trace, who was winning project manager in the last task, gave the American Red Cross another $40,000 at the opening of the episode. He did that surrounded by volunteers working at an aid site for victims of Superstorm Sandy.

“There are still selfless people in this world, people that make it their mission on a daily basis to try to help somebody else,” Trace noted.
