Last Friday Toby and Harrah's Las Vegas Casino & Hotel announced that they will build a 17,000 sq. ft. theme-bar, restaurant and entertainment venue, set to open in the summer of 2005. The restaurant will offer American casual food, the bar will feature Toby's music and videos, a special recording studio, private dining area, a stage for live acts, a dance floor, and occasional surprise personal appearances from Toby.
