Toby Keith will help racing fans get in the spirit for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Ford EcoBoost 400 this weekend in Homestead, Fla., as he serves as the grand marshal for the event.

Toby will deliver the four famous words that fans love to hear—“Drivers, start your engines!”—before the race on Sunday, Nov. 17, at the Homestead-Miami Speedway.

“Toby Keith is an American icon and, like Homestead-Miami Speedway, he has a great partnership with Ford,” says the track’s president, Matthew Becherer. “He is the perfect individual to officially start the Ford EcoBoost 400. We’ll have live music before the race from Miami’s own DJ Irie and country music recording artist Dierks Bentley. And then Toby will keep the excitement going by giving the command for drivers to start their engines and begin 267 laps of championship racing.”
