Toby Keith has announced that his 11th annual Toby Keith & Friends Golf Classic will take place May 16–17 in Norman, Okla.

The two-day event kicks off Friday night with an invitation-only soiree that includes food, entertainment and a silent auction featuring items like an African safari, a guitar signed by he Oklahoma Tornado Relief artists, a crystal chandelier, custom jewelry and a trip to Lake Tahoe. Nice, right?

Saturday morning, 200 golfers will tee off at the Belmar Golf Course in Norman. Celebrities who will be swinging a club for the charity event include NFL Hall of Famer Dermontti Dawson, former Dallas Cowboys lineman and Oklahoma Sooner Tony Casillas, UNC basketball coach Roy Williams, retired LA Laker Sam Bowie, the WNBA’s Nancy Lieberman and cowboy poet and personality Red Steagall.

But all this fun has an amazing purpose. The Toby Keith & Friends Golf Classic benefits OK Kids Korral, which is a cost-free home away from home for pediatric cancer patients and their families. Since the Korral opened in January, it has hosted more than 75 families. Toby says, “We work on the event for months and months because we know it helps keep all the great things at the OK Kids Korral up and running.”
