TOBY KEITH & THE KID

A 4-year-old boy battling leukemia recently got his biggest wish granted. Tyler Devor of Allentown, Pennsylvania is a huge fan of Toby Keith and loves singing Keith's hit song, "How Do You Like Me Now?!" for his friends and family.

The spunky youngster wrote a letter to Westwood One's nationally syndicated radio host Don Imus telling him that his biggest wish is to meet Toby Keith. Fate was on Tyler's side because when Imus read the touching letter on-air last Thursday, the country star happened to be listening.

The next day, Imus put the boy on-air and had him sing "How Do You Like Me Now?!" Keith soon called in to talk to Tyler. He invited the delighted child and his family to the Pittsburgh stop of his tour, the "Brooks & Dunn Neon Circus and Wild West Show." The star also told the boy that he would not only get a backstage pass, but would also be allowed to sing a song on stage with him. Keith later said, "I've got a 4-year-old son myself and I can't imagine how I'd feel if my boy had leukemia. I can tell that Tyler is not letting his illness get the best of him. He's upbeat and sounds like quite a live wire -- and that's just what I look for when I want someone up on stage with me."
