The movie, based on Toby’s hit single, was co-written by Toby and comedian Rodney Carrington and traces the adventures of small-town lawmen. “It will be a hilarious action comedy in the spirit of the Smokey and the Bandit films,” Toby tells Neil Haislop’s Nashville IQ. Beer for My Horses marks Toby’s second feature film. His debut, Broken Bridges, was released in 2006.
