Toby describes the movie, based on his hit single with Willie Nelson, as "an action adventure film that is also situationally funny." Toby will star in the film along with rocker Ted Nugent while a character will be written for Willie, if his schedule allows. " We're shooting the first week in Oklahoma, where it starts at," says Toby, "and we're shooting the rest of the movie in maybe the Santa Fe area, somewhere around Santa Fe and Albuquerque, New Mexico."
